Jort Terwijn is the new guy in town for gypsy jazz in The Netherlands. He has taken the bass spot in our tutor Thomas Baggerman’s Trio, and successful band Eva sur Seine. In other jazz styles, he is a member of the Sam Newbould Quintet and leads his own bass ensemble “ÖNDER” which has toured Europe and won two jazz awards already. He teaches jazz combos on a monthly basis so will be a welcome addition to our tutor team!
