PAYMENTS

Please remember to make your payment  by 1 June 2025 at the latest. Prompt payment will ensure your reserved spot is secured.

CANCELLATION

In case you have to cancel, we can refund your payment less an administration fee of € 75 (cancellation before 1 July). After that, we can’t refund you unless we find someone to take your place. Why? Because we cover our costs for rent, food and staff directly with the participant fees, which we keep as low as possible.

AWARENESS

At Grappelli Django Camp, two awareness coordinators will be available throughout the event to lend an ear to participants. They’re here to ensure a positive and mindful atmosphere, ready to assist whenever needed. For more information, please refer to the full program here.
